Software Patch (Windows OS)

This patch will upgrade your pre-installed PerfeCapture to the latest version 5.0.0.9

NOTE 1: This is NOT a full installer - use this patch only if your PC is already pre-installed with the PerfeCapture app. To download the Full Installer, see next section.
NOTE 2: This patch does not support Windows XP.

Please key in the serial number* of your xcanex unit (*serial number can be found here) :

Follow the instructions below after download is complete:

a) DO NOT uninstall the current software version on your PC
b) Unzip the downloaded patch in any folder on your PC
c) Unplug the USB connection of your xcanex
d) Double click "Patch_PerfeCapture.exe" and follow the instructions
e) Once complete, launch the PerfeCapture app - its version number can be confirmed by clicking the top-left PerfeCapture logo

Full Installer (Windows OS)

Please key in the serial number* of your xcanex unit (*serial number can be found here) :

Follow the instructions below after the download is complete:

a) Unzip the downloaded installer in any folder on your PC
b) Unplug the USB connection of your xcanex
c) Double click "Install_PerfeCapture.exe" and follow the instructions
d) Once complete, launch the PerfeCapture app
