Product Return

We accept returns only for products purchased from our web store.

In the event that you would like to return the product, please write to us within 14 days from its date of delivery. We regret that we would not be able to bear the shipping costs for the delivery and return shipments ('Free Shipping' promotions does not apply for return cases). Please refer to these scenarios: 

• You may request us to arrange for the pickup of the product to be returned. In this case, both the initial delivery and return shipping costs would be deducted from the refund amount - i.e.

  • Refund amount = purchase price - delivery cost - return shipping cost.

• Alternatively, you may choose to make your own arrangements for the product to be returned. In such case, only the initial delivery cost would be deducted from the refund amount - i.e.

  • Refund amount = purchase price - delivery cost.

The delivery cost would be stated in the proforma invoice which comes together with the package during delivery. It typically ranges from US$30 to US$60 depending on the shipment destination (e.g. delivery to the United States, Canada and European countries is approximately US$50). 

A refund would be made immediately upon the receipt of the returned product in good condition, together with all its accessories in its original packaging.           

Order Cancellation 

Cancellation of an order is only possible before its shipment is made. This is because the courier would have to proceed with the shipment once it has been picked up. If an order has not been shipped, we would accept the cancellation request and make a full refund immediately.
